What is the difference between full and restricted membership?

The restricted membership provides the possibility to place a want ad on the marketplace; a full membership provides the member with complete rights. (For further information please refer to the “Membership” section.)

How do I place an ad?

All freight service ads and search requests are available on the market section. Start by selecting from the top menu if you want to place an ad or if you want to search an ad.
Then select whether your listing is about a freight service offer or freight service demand.
Enter the required information by providing at least place of origin and destination, pick-up time, means of transport, and type of goods.

I have to place several announcements with the same service, but with different locations. How can I enter them without repeating all the details?

Simply enter the whole ad once and save it. Click on the word “multiplier” and enter the additional place of origin and destination. You may also edit different time options. In case that only the return of the transport has to be announced, please select “return” instead of “multiplier”.

The predefined measurements (dimension, weight, volume) do not match with those I desire. How can I change them?

Just overwrite them. Once done, no automatic measurement is displayed for the referring ad.

How can I advertise several freight services in the same time?

This is possible if you provide your service within a certain region. For example, place your ad from a country X to the same country X, and leave state, postal code and city name blank, your ad will come up for each request within that country.

The information to provide about the type of transport is very detailed, why?

Except for means of transport and type of goods no further details has to be provided. This can be done on a voluntary basis. Some customers prefer to do so. We do not want to keep that service from them. Moreover, such an ad is more accurate.

What kind of information is filtered by doing a search?

The filter captures the location (country, state, postal code), time, means of transport and type of goods. By using the “Quick Search” button only the locations are searched.

Will my personal data be published?

No, the contact data you provided (company name, web page, contact person, e-mail, Skype name, phone, fax and mobile number) is only accessible through the Logifix platform by members with unrestricted access via transport search option or if you contact them, of course.  Within Logifix there is no page showing all Logifix members. Your personal data will also not be provided to third parties without your explicit accordance. Logifix data protection policy is governed by the German Privacy Protection Law.

Are there any additional (hidden) costs, which I need to consider?

No. While a restricted membership has access to only a limited number of Logifix features, services for the full membership are all-inclusive.
